Breakfast (Clean Food) French Cuisine “SALMON EN PAPILLOTE”
-1 wild salmon fillet, about 200g (7oz)
-1-4 lemon and orange slice leaves from 2 sprigs of coriander chopped
-Salt and pepper 150g (5oz)
-1 slice wholemeal bread
1.Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F/Gas 6).
2.Make a little parcel with greaseproof paper. Place the salmon fillet in it and top with a slice of lemon and orange. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and season with salt and paper. Fold the paper to seal the seams and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
3.Remove the salmon from the papillote and serve with the beans wholemeal bread.
