For all the smoothies here, just rinse the fruit and vegetables, whizz them in a blender with all the other ingredients, then drink up! Each has a high concentration of essential nutrients packed into one enjoyable drink.

GREENSMOOTHIE
1apple, cored and chopped

Handful of spinach
2slices of fresh root ginger,peeled
Pinch of ground cinnamon

1tbsp Greek yogurt
3-4ice cubes

AVOCADOSMOOTHIE
½avocado,peeled and pitted
1apple,cored and chopped
1tsp dark agave syrup
3-4ice cubes

VIOLETSMOOTHIE
2handfuls of blueberries
1tbsp soya yogurt
250ml(9fl oz)almond milk
A few mint leaves
3-4ice cubes
