Breakfast (Clean Food) TURKEY WITH SAUTÉED GARLIC BROCCOLI
-100g (3 ½ oz) Free-range turkey breast
-salt and pepper
-small bowl of broccoli florets broccoli florets
-extra virgin olive oil spray
-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2.Cook the turkey on the prepared baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, or until it is no longer pink on the inside when sliced. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and set aside.
3.Fried broccoli for about 2-5 minutes.
4.Serve the chicken and rice with the broccoli and cream cheese.
